A drag queen vagy king a biológiai nemével ellentétes társadalmi nemi szerepnek megfelelő külsőt öltő személy. Ám ez a külső nemcsak társadalmi értelemben vett nemváltásra, hanem annak kulturális aspektusaira is vonatkozhat sokszor.
