Pharrell legújabb címlapfotójától elképedsz, ha megtudod, hány éves

A Grammy-díjas énekes bő két évtizedet simán letagadhatna a korából.

A hip-hop és R&B világának rajongói számára talán nem túl meglepő, hogy Pharrell Williams szűk három év múlva az ötvenedik szülinapját ünnepelheti, hiszen a virginai születésű tehetség, teljes nevén Pharrell Lanscilo Williams már a kilencvenes években is hallatta a hangját, olyan előadók mellett mint Mase, Jay Z, az igazi áttörést azonban a kétezres évek elején érte el, amikor Nelly Hot in Herre című slágerén működött közre.

Első szólóalbumát, az In My Mind című lemezt 2006-ban adta ki miközben már olyan sztárok útját egyengette, mint Gwen Stefani, Beyoncé, Britney Spears és Shakira. Énekesi tehetségét később ismét megcsillogtatta a Daft Punk Get Lucky című slágerében, 2014-ben pedig megírta a Happy című dalt, amely, bár filmzenének készült, a mai napig állandó kelléke az R&B-buliknak.

A 24.hu szúrta ki, hogy Pharrell most az I-D magazine legújabb számának címlapján szerepel, ami pedig igazán elképesztő, hogy a most 47 éves zenész-énekes-producer valóban úgy néz ki ezen a képen, mintha még a huszonötöt is alig töltötte volna be.
