Ez a menhelyi kutya alig várja, hogy valaki örökbe fogadja

Las Vegas utcáin találtak rá a kutyára, azóta menhelyen él, de alig várja, hogy kikerüljön onnan.

Roseanne-t az Animal Foundation gondozói vették a szárnyuk alá néhány évvel ezelőtt. Senki sem tudja, honnan származik a kutya, de azt látják, hogy hihetetlenül ideges az emberek körében. és szinte mindentől fél, ezért a legrosszabbat feltételezik múltját illetően.

Roseanne nem érzi jól magát a hektikus környezetben, fél a hangos zajoktól, a hirtelen mozdulatoktól és a sok új arctól, ezért a személyzet kétségbeesetten keresi új otthonát.

*** UPDATE: was moved to foster!! *** LAS VEGAS: This is Roseanne's last chance (#A1009878). She is now at risk at @TheAnimalFoundation. (Note: last slide isn’t her, it’s another of my models she reminded me of- read below). At 3 years old, she deserves to know love and safety! She came in as a stray in April. She is under-socialized with other dogs and has been allowed in playgroups with a muzzle. She needs to be an only dog at home at this time, but may be fine later with proper socialization and intros. It's just really hard to get to know her at the shelter, because she is really scared there. So please don't let that deter you! I know many dogs who weren't so good with other dogs because they lacked exposure and proper socialization, and now they foster dogs all the time and are fantastic with everyone. When it comes to humans, Roseanne is very shy with new people, but warms up quickly. She is terrible in her kennel, deteriorating quickly, and if no one pulls her asap, she will be euthanized because she has no quality of life. During our shoot, she reminded me of one of my flower models, Lady O from Alabama (that’s her on the last slide). Same soulful eyes, same gentle personality. These dogs are just not suited for life in a shelter. They are too sensitive. Lady O ended up being adopted in Colorado and now lives with another dog and is doing fantastic. Intenzív félelme mellett az eb rendkívül édes, kétségbeesetten bízik az emberekben, és szereti őket, de kétségkívül több törődést igényel legtöbb társánál. A dolgozók szerint Roseanne egy csendes, gyerekektől és más állatoktól mentes otthonban találná meg leginkább a nyugalmát, hacsak nem egy nagyon nyugodt kutyát kapna társául, mert az még segítene is az állapotán.
